Let us help you explore and make the most of our wonderful area of Cornwall. Listed below are some great activities available in our area, we can put you in touch with some great companies for you to book your adventures.
Get truly close to the wild. Imagine walking through the Cornish countryside with a hawk on your gauntlet that's free to fly up to the trees, and return to your hand. This "hands-on" experience with a wide range of birds of prey gives an exciting insight into the skills and techniques required to master these raptors of the skies. It offers the opportunity to learn how a bird is kept at its flying weight, to learn about the falcons that are prized by Arabian sheiks, and to feel just how heavy a European Eagle Owl is! We can thoroughly recommend this as a day that will live in the memory.
The best way to see seals and seabirds is from a boat. We have selected a local company who operate a modern 6.3 metre RIB out of the Camel Estuary. The skippers skills and knowledge bring regular sightings of dolphins, basking sharks, seals and sunfish, as well as a wide range of seabirds.
An alternative way to see the wildlife is by Stand Up Paddle Boarding, a peaceful way to explore the coastline, contact us for an introduction to this new experience.
