We offer short breaks tailored to your requirements.we have a 2 night minimum stay apart from during the summer holidays when we have a 7 night minimum stay . Guests may arrive anytime after 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and we ask you to depart by 10am on your day of departure. Please telephone to check availability. We will answer your query as soon as possible.
Once the dates of your holiday have been confirmed by phone or email please fill in the booking form sent by email with full details of your party, and return it to us via our email address. No single sex groups are permitted. The principal individual making the booking must accompany the party, which must be as stated on the booking form.
To secure the booking you can pay a 25% deposit (we can take card payments over the phone or from details given in an email, debit cards preferred) or by cheque, payable to Safari Cornwall, or paid by BAC’s payment straight into our bank account-ask for our bank details.
Only on receipt of the booking form and deposit is the booking secured. The full balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival.
If your booking is made within 6 weeks of your holiday full payment is required.
There is a no smoking policy in the shepherd huts and communal buildings.
Non residents are only allowed on site after prior confirmation with Safari Cornwall.
Losses or damage to the property caused by you or your party (normal wear and tear excluded) may be charged for. Please advise of any breakages, damage or inconvenience as soon as possible; we would like to have the opportunity to remedy the problem to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, and to ensure subsequent guests are not inconvenienced.
The Orchard: There are no extras apart from the use of the hot tub, which is £50 to cover the cost of electricity, cleaning and maintenance. Your rental includes all bedding, duvets, sheets and towels, excluding beach towels. Logs for both the wood burning stoves and for the fire pit are supplied. Re-chargeable torches and lanterns are available. No dogs are allowed on the site but excellent kennels nearby can be recommended.
During your stay you are responsible for your party, and we ask that you take all reasonable steps to protect our property. On departure please leave your tent in a clean and tidy condition. We would be very grateful if on leaving all the bits and pieces are left in the places you found them, as listed on the inventory, which is a huge help in getting the tent ready for the next guests.

Cancellation Policy

Coronvirus Update

If you book a holiday with us and you cannot attend due to Coronvirus related events including illness or government policy restricting travel then we will offer you a change of dates or a full refund. To secure a booking we will require a 25% deposit and full payment at least 1 week prior to your arrival. We reserve full right to cancel your holiday or stay closed if we deem it necessary for Coronvirus related reasons, including illness or government restrictions. We will be guided about when it is safe to open by the governement and Cornwall tourism boards advice.

If for any reason you need to cancel your holiday then we will make every effort to re-let the booking and refund your money less a 25% administration fee. If we are unable to do this then we must reserve the right to retain your deposit and recover any outstanding balance. We advise you to protect against cancellation by taking out holiday insurance at the time of booking. All cancellations must be in writing or via email. Dates can be changed up to 21 days before your stay with an administration fee of £20
If the accommodation is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, Safari Cornwall cannot accept liability or responsibility, but your deposit and any rental money already paid will be refunded in full. Our liability arising from unexpected non-availability of the hot tub at the Orchard will be limited to return of the additional charge if already paid.
We reserve the right to terminate your stay if any of your party are not treating the property or other guests with due respect.
